Mango Icecream

Don’t tell the kids this is not really icecream! This is not a dinner party dessert by any means but is great for kids or for a healthy midweek dessert. Perfect for ripe and end of season mangoes.

Serves 4

preparation time 5 minutes

Ingrediants

2 ripe mangoes, cut into cubes and frozen (or replace with other frozen fruit including berries and or banana)

200ml yoghurt

2 passionfruit

squeeze of lime juice

Method

Blend using a barmix or food processor mango and yoghurt until smooth add a little milk if neccessary to blend. mix in passionfruit pulp and lime juice. Eat as is slightly soft or freeze for 30 minutes. Dont freeze for too long or mixture will become hard.
