Selection and Care
A long stem of up to 1.2m is topped with a round head with many blue or white flowers. Look for bunches which are beginning to open. Avoid bunches which have lost flowers or have split or stems. Cut a minimum of 2cm off the stem, strip the bottom leaves off, and put in cold water with a flower preservative. Change water daily for optimum lifespan. This flower is ethylene sensitive.
