Leucodendron
Did You Know?
Leucadendrons are native to South Africa and related to Proteas.
About
The plant is treated as foliage more so than a cut flower as the insignificant flower head is surrounded by bracts which blend with the foliage in colour. Leucadendron mix well with flowers of a similar colour eg: mix Red Devil with red tinted Grevillea.
Treat as for Proteas or Grevilleas: strip, snip and dunk with added floral food to the water. They are a long lasting flower.
Several species available
Red Devil, Safari Sunset, Discolor, Jubilee Cream.
