The main lemons commercially grown in Australia are Eureka and Lisbon lemons. Australian lemons have their peak season in Autumn but are available from March-December. For the rest of the year imported fruit is available. Select firm, yellow skinned fruit. They keep well at room temperature or in the fridge.
