These apples are a cross between a Golden Delicious and a Lady William which was developed in Western Australia. It has a similar appearance to a Pink Lady but is generally smaller. They are a delicious eating apple when at their peak with a slightly tart taste and greenish flesh. These Apples are harvested in April-May but keep well.
