Haloumi Pallas 225g

Haloumi is a Cypriot style cheese traditionally made with goat and sheep milk. It has a moderate fat content, but is high in protein and calcium. It is also a fantastic source of zinc, magnesium, vitamin A, and B vitamins. Haloumi is best fried in a dry pan no oil until crispy.
